Rail Safety and Standards Board is using Delta eSourcing to run this tender exercise

Notice Summary
Title: GB-London: Employee Engagement Survey
Notice type: Competitive Contract Notice
Authority: Rail Safety and Standards Board
Nature of contract: Not applicable
Procedure: Not applicable
Short Description: RSSB conducted an employee engagement survey in both 2017 and 2018, with questions and outcomes clearly identified. The 2019 survey shall utilise the same questions, scoring and reporting format to allow RSSB to continue benchmarking against progress made to date. For the 2019 and future survey RSSB also requires the creation of action plans for all line managers based on the results of the survey. However, in future years, RSSB may require the supplier to support the review and development of questions, scoring, reporting and action planning in a different direction – whilst still ensuring the ability to benchmark against previous years. RSSB also require an online portal to both deliver the survey, store the results and to provide line managers with accounts to access and update their action plans.
