Description: RSSB seeks to procure research to address the following research objectives:
•Investigate and agree on a suitable set of failures, hazards, and other incident precursors that risk intelligence systems could gather when ETCS is fitted.
•Determine how to use this information to estimate safety risk in a robust, evidence-based method.
