4. Description: Software package and information systems. Rail Safety & Standards Board (RSSB) are seeking a single supplier for the provision and implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS). We are seeking tenders on the technical aspects and price for a pre-built solution that is simple enough for an end user to configure and manage with minimum training.

RSSB reserves the right to terminate the contract giving the Supplier 30 days’ notice if the performance of the solution is not satisfactory to RSSB's business requirements. The term of the contract shall be for two years with an option to extend for 24 months based on good performance of the contract in 12-month increments.
